Avoid costly repairs – get your roof inspected in time!
Our inspection enables fast and accurate detection of leaks in flat roofs. We use advanced technology that minimizes disruption to building use.
1. Electro-impulse method: sending electrical impulses through the roof insulation. The system consists of a control unit and sensors that help map the defective points of the insulation.
2. Electro-acoustic method: uses acoustic sensors to detect the sounds caused by leaks on the roof. The sensors amplify the noise generated by the leakage, making it easier to locate the defect.
3. Smoke testing method: smoke is released into the space beneath the roof, between the insulation layers. The exit points of the smoke indicate damage or gaps in the insulation.
4. Tracer gas method: a mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen gas is injected between the insulation layers, or into the roof structure. Special detectors are used on the roof surface to identify where the gas escapes.
During the inspection, we create a 2-meter grid on the roof. Moisture sensors are placed at each grid point. The readings are recorded and visualized in a report.
